2. Purchases and Payment

b. Payment: All purchases through the Services are subject to Tenby Candle Company's payment terms. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped.

3. Shipping and Returns

a. Shipping: Tenby Candle Company will make every effort to ship orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

b. Returns: Tenby Candle Company accepts returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
