
Delivery & Returns Policy
1. Delivery
a. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
b. Shipping Method: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Our main postage provider will be Royal Mail however we may use Evri for larger orders.
c. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
d. International Shipping: Please contact Tenby Candle Company directly at info@tenbycandlecompany.co.uk to enquire about international orders and shipping.
e. Wrong Address - It does happen from time to time, but if you do enter the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@tenbycandlecompany.co.uk and we will do our best to amend it before shipping.
2. Returns
a. Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
b. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@tenbycandlecompany.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your items.
c. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
d. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned items only.
e. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, scent, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
a. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customerservice@tenbycandlecompany.co.uk with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to replace the damaged items or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
